Kai Havertz has arrived at the German national team’s training camp in Foxborough, Massachusetts, after undergoing dental surgery. The Arsenal attacker is expected to be available for national coach Julian Nagelsmann’s debut on Saturday against the USA in Hartford, Connecticut.
Nagelsmann has his 26-man squad complete following Havertz’s arrival. The 24-year-old attacking player had initially not flown to the USA with the team due to the procedure on Monday.
For the DFB selection, after the first training session on Tuesday at the New England Revolution ground, another session in two groups was scheduled on Wednesday morning.
The next team training session was scheduled for the afternoon. Both sessions took place behind closed doors.
The trip will last 11 days and includes another international match against Mexico in Philadelphia on Tuesday.
